1.  open your GTA IV/ common/data/effects/explosionFx.dat

2.  add this line ander the "truck" line :   EPISODIC_3  100.0  50.0  2.0  1.0  1.5    50.0  -1.0  11.0  0.0005  	0.0  0.0  exp_fireball  exp_fireball_air	0.5  0	0	0.0	0.0	0.015 EPISODIC_8	0  1.0	0.75	0.2	60.0	3.5	0.15	0

3.  save your explosionFx.dat

4.  go to: GTA IV/ common/data/weaponinfo.xml

5. go to the end and add this lines over the last word </weaponinfo>

6.  save your weaponinfo.xml

7.  open your trainer.ini and enable   EPISODIC=1

8.  go in-game and fress F3 --> Weapons --> episodic weapon 8
